About camp

Nestled in the jungles of Sepoy Dhora Tea Garden is our first hotspot-Ecopulse. Just 8 kms from the nearest main town of kurseong, this secluded gem of a place is appropriately termed offbeat. Surrounded by plush tea gardens with secluded tea worker villages, the jungle is one of the untouched frontier within civilization. With this exclusivity comes a plethora of options in the things to do list. Go tea plucking, hike to the river flowing in the valley, tryout delicious local food in the village’s community kitchen, and explore the numerous view points nearby, ride our downhill MTB trail. Live it all, do it all. Experience raw!!

Building Resilient Communities is one of Furut Camp's fundamental beliefs. To do this, we actively cultivate a culture of trust and respect, one that promotes inclusion and safety. We value and safeguard diversity as a strength of nature and those who study it. Discrimination undermines our efforts to develop resilient communities and has no place on furut camp.
