1. General Terms and Conditions

 

  • The primary CAMPERS must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the CAMPSITE.
  • It is mandatory for CAMPERS to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the CAMPSITE. The identification proofs accepted are
    • Aadhar Card,
    • Driving License,
    • Voter ID Card,
    • Passport.

    • Without Original copy of valid ID the CAMPERS will not be allowed to check-in.

 

  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Stay of 1 child up to 10 years of age is complimentary without the use of extra mattress. Meal charges may be applicable for the child.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  • Should any action by a CAMPERS be deemed inappropriate by the CAMPSITE, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the CAMPSITE, the CAMPSITE reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the CAMPERS.
  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
  • CAMPERS shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to CAMPSITE asset. CAMPERS shall keep the CAMPSITE ACCOMMODATIONS (tents, cabins, etc.) in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
  • No Smoking Policy inside the TENTS: We really take pride in keeping all our tents fresh, clean & safe, and discourage smoking in the tents. In case CAMPERS wish to smoke, the CAMP MARSHALS will be happy to help.
  • CAMPERS may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the CAMPERS after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, FURUT will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options
  • As we continue to strive to improve our services, FURUT may reach out to CAMPERS to get feedback on their experience through calls or messages
  • We might reach out to you for offers.
  • FURUT LLP (“FURUT”) or any of its affiliates does not authorize any of its employees, consultants, third-party vendors, associates to contact its CAMPERS via any mode of communication & offer promotional discounts in exchange for solicitation of monies/payments or other monetary transfers into personal digital wallets or bank accounts.
    Such instances are acts of fraud. Encountering & acting on the same is solely based on your own accord & discretion. Neither FURUT nor any of its affiliates/employees or associates will be responsible for any loss/liability arising out of such an event to any individual whatsoever.

2. Booking Extension Policy

 

  • Extension of stay would be provided on current rates, subject to availability.
  • Current rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a FURUT CAMP is as fast and easy as booking one.

We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. Our standard check-in time is 12 noon and you can check-in any time after that till your reservation is valid.

We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 60 (sixty) minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.

Our cancellation policy changes depending on the location and dates being booked and is mentioned on the CAMPSITE details page on our website and app before making a booking.

In case, no cancellation policy is mentioned on the CAMPSITE details page, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

Between 15 to 30 days of check-in date 50% Booking amount
Less than 15 days of check-in date No Refund
On the date of check-in No Refund

In case you decide to cancel a booking after check-in time or do not show up at the CAMPSITE. No refund of the amount.

4. Mid Stay Cancellations

In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, the night not spent will not be refunded.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also call us on +[NUMBER] to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days.

6. CAMPSITE SPECIFIC POLICIES

 

  • CAMPSITE specific amenities are captured on the website and the app. CAMPERS are advised to refer the same while booking.
  • In some CAMPSITEs, due to local conditions, unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to CAMPERS posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.
  • CAMPSITEs may deny check-in to CAMPERS providing ID proof of the same LOCATION as the CAMPSITE itself.

7. Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Some of our CAMPSITEs provide guaranteed early check-in 6 AM onwards of check-in date. Most of these CAMPSITEs provide this at free of cost while some charge a nominal amount (up to 20% of average tariff). Please GET IN TOUCH WITH US FOR EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS.

Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges may apply.

8. Payment Policy

For bookings of more than 7 nights, CAMPERS have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. CAMPSITE will be unable to provide further accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.
